Terms of Use

resell helps resellers manage owned inventory, connected listings, orders, buyer messages, market values, approvals, notifications, agent-drafted workflows, and the iOS companion app. You are responsible for your listings, prices, taxes, fulfillment, returns, provider account activity, and compliance with applicable laws and marketplace rules.

You may only use resell if you can form a binding agreement and have authority to manage the connected accounts, stores, inboxes, carrier accounts, social accounts, and inventory you connect.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify support if you believe your account, provider token, webhook, device token, or integration has been compromised.

You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, impersonates another person, hides the true operator of an account, or violates a connected provider's terms.

resell offers a free plan and paid monthly plans. Each plan includes a monthly pool of agent credits used for AI-powered actions; deterministic workflows do not consume credits. Plan prices, credit allowances, plan limits, and any top-up pricing are shown at checkout and in your billing settings.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. Credit top-ups are one-time charges.

Except where required by law, payments and partial-period charges are non-refundable, and unused credits do not roll over or carry a cash value. If a payment fails, resell may restrict access, pause syncs, stop agents, or disable external actions until the account is current.

Agents may draft listing edits, price changes, buyer replies, inventory adjustments, social posts, automation plans, and marketplace sync actions. You must review proposed external actions before approving them.

Approval does not guarantee a provider will accept an action. Marketplaces, carriers, email providers, social platforms, App Store services, or APIs may reject, delay, rate-limit, modify, or remove actions.

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Provider access is subject to the provider's terms, API availability, rate limits, partner approval, review process, and permission scopes.

You authorize resell to use connected provider credentials to provide the features you enable, including syncs, webhooks, order parsing, message drafting, market-value checks, notifications, and approval-gated external writes.

You may not use resell to bot marketplaces, automate checkout, procure items, bypass CAPTCHA, bypass MFA, evade rate limits, scrape where prohibited, spam buyers, harass users, launder payments, facilitate fraud, or violate marketplace rules.

You may not use resell to coordinate prices with other sellers, allocate markets, manipulate listings, suppress competition, or exchange competitively sensitive information in a way that violates law or platform rules.

You retain ownership of inventory data, listing content, messages, photos, order records, cost basis, and other content you submit. You grant resell permission to host, process, analyze, display, transmit, and transform that content to operate the service.

You are responsible for having rights to photos, product descriptions, trademarks, buyer messages, and other content you upload or sync into resell.

Peer benchmarks are optional and designed to show anonymized resale signals. Benchmark participation does not create permission to coordinate pricing, threaten other sellers, or manipulate a market.

resell may limit, aggregate, delay, anonymize, or remove benchmark data to protect privacy, platform integrity, and legal compliance.

Some features depend on third-party APIs, provider credentials, partner approval, APNs, Apple signing, App Store review, carrier services, model providers, email deliverability, and marketplace webhooks. Those services can change or become unavailable.

Features labeled beta, preview, experimental, or automation runner may be modified, suspended, or removed while reliability, provider compliance, and safety controls are improved.

You may stop using resell, disconnect providers, export account data, or request account deletion. resell may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal risk, provider-rule violations, or prohibited use.

After termination, resell may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy or as needed for security, tax, fraud prevention, chargebacks, disputes, legal obligations, and platform integrity.

resell provides operational software and agent drafts, not legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, investment, shipping, or marketplace-compliance advice. Market values and agent recommendations are estimates and may be wrong.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, resell is provided as is and as available. resell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, inventory value, or data.

resell may update these terms as the product and legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date below and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes not resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and resell consent to that jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Use of resell is also governed by the Privacy Policy and any order form, data-processing terms, provider terms, App Store terms, or supplemental rules that apply to the features you use.
